Overview

Peak Heating & Cooling needed more than a refresh — they needed a foundation that could actually support their growth. The existing WordPress site was slow, bloated with plugins, and painful to edit. We migrated everything to Webflow while executing a full rebrand, rebuilding their online presence from the ground up to better reflect the company's credibility with homeowners across Michigan.

What I did

  • 01Worked closely with the design team to create assets and align on visual direction throughout the rebrand
  • 02Collaborated with stakeholders to gather detailed information on the company's HVAC products, maintenance plans, duct cleaning services, service areas, and active offers
  • 03Planned the site architecture — sitemap, CMS table structure, and page layouts — before any build work began
  • 04Processed large datasets (zip codes, user location data) using Python and Pandas to power the interactive service area map
  • 05Managed hundreds of orphan links, 301 redirects, and URL migrations during and after launch to preserve SEO equity

Outcome

  • 01Increased customer leads by 30% after launch, driven by improved trust signals and a cleaner experience for homeowner clients
  • 02Created and managed SEO-optimized blog content post-launch to improve search visibility and domain health scores
  • 03Periodically updated dynamic sections, including the interactive service area map as coverage expanded
